Good Points
- Easy to use controls with fairly bright indicator light.
- Designed to be poured while still in the base so as to not put any stress on the muscles. Very smooth and easy operation. Although not all water can be poured from the kettle while it's in the base.
- Easy to remove and replace filter.
Bad Points
- Noisy.
- Kettle is easy to fill up using the soft open lid by pushing the button at the top of the handle. The opening is quite small though.
- Kettle only fits in base a single way due to its design, can be a bit awkward.
- Water level window is at the front of kettle which you won't be able to see easily when filling.
- No cord storage.
