Good Points
- Easy to use controls.
- Very good handle comfort.
- The kettle doesn't have to be tilted much towards the end which is easy on the wrist.
- Cord storage.
- Easy to remove and replace filter.
Bad Points
- Noisy.
- Indicator light is not very bright or obvious.
- Kettle is easy to fill up using the soft open lid by pushing the button at the top of the handle. The opening is smaller than some and the lid doesnt open fully without an extra push from the user's hand.
- Almost no contrast of water quantity markings when viewing water level.
