Good Points
- Cord storage.
- Acceptable noise levels.
- Very good controls.
- Very easy to fill up.The kettle doesn't have to be tilted much towards the end which is easy on the wrist.
Bad Points
- The metal area surrounding the lid becomes extremely hot so be careful to avoiding touching this area when closing the lid.
- Kettle is glass, so any brown limescale residue can be seen at bottom of jug and needs regular cleaning.
- We were unable to remove the filter.
