Good Points
- Easy to use controls with fairly bright indicator light.
- The kettle doesn't have to be tilted much towards the end which is easy on the wrist.
- Cord storage.
- Very good handle comfort.
- Water level windows on both sides of the kettle and markings in both mL and cups.
- Easy to remove and replace filter.
Bad Points
- Noisy.
- Opening is quite small and the soft open lid doesnt open all the way without assistance.
