Good Points
- Very easy to control with bright indicator lights around the control buttons and within the kettle's tank.
- Excellent to fill up using soft opening lid.
- Cord storage.
- Very good handle comfort.
- The kettle doesn't have to be tilted much towards the end which is easy on the wrist.
- Very easy to remove and replace filter.
- 5 pre-set temperature settings and they're reasonably accurate.
- Keep warm function maintains temperature for 30 minutes.
- Water level markings on both sides of the kettle.
Bad Points
- Noisy.
- Spout is quite wide and can lead to spilling if not careful.
- Need to wait a good amount of time between adjacent temperature settings or the kettle won't turn on.
