Miele KM6357
Good Points
- Very good positioning of cooking zones.
- Separate controls for each cooking zone.
- Obvious as to which control for each cooking zone.
- Powerflex zone can accommodate a rectangular/oval cooking pan.
- Twin booster function.
- Automatic function Con@ctivity 2.0 connects the hob to a compatible hood, which automatically defines the speed of the fan based on the mode setting and temperature of the hottest cookware on the hob.
Bad Points
- May not have even heat distribution when using flexi zone.
- No separate on / off indicator light.
- May be difficult for larger fingers when selecting power setting.
- On / Off button is small.
- Cooktop edge has a stainless steel strip that can trap dirt.
- Controls can become splattered with oil and liquids making them unresponsive to touch.
- The cooktop may require more power than your typical installation may supply.
- Hover controls are very sensitive, can respond to other materials.
- Relatively slow boil time.
- High temperature cooking on the large cooking zone may not be efficient. Possible better result on flexi-zone due to higher wattage.
