Bosch PCH6A5B90A
Good Points
- Excellent for low temperature cooking.
- Very good for high temperature cooking.
- Good for ease of use.
- Pan support is good on all burners, except small burner.
- Wok and small pan trivet supplied.
- Number grading on controls for accurate heat setting selection.
- Spill catchment is deep enough to contain any spills, with separation down the middle.
- Burner surround is moulded and fairly easy to clean. All burners have a raised edge so liquid spills are less likely to run into workings.
Bad Points
- Only OK for turn down performance.
- Layout positioning is only OK, wok burner is positioned at the back and the simmer and medium burners are positioned at the front.
- Only 3 out of 4 pots fit comfortably, there is restricted access to some burners.
- Need to use a trivet for small burner, only OK stability for a small pan or coffee pot.
- Controls are positioned at the front of the cook top making them accessible to children.
- Stainless steel surface requires extra attention when cleaning, can smudge and scratch.
- Trivets have a slight rough cast iron finish making them harder to wipe over.
- Labelling is printed and may scratch off or fade after prolonged cleaning.
