- Very good milk frothing.
- Very even coffee temperature when making consecutive cups of coffee, rated excellent.
- Automatic power turn-off.
- Programmable coffee delivery.
- Can accommodate large cups very easily.
- Excellent instructions regarding pre-heating the cups/machine and coffee making.
- Very good controls.
- Cord storage.
- Cup warming plate.
- Besides ground coffee, it can also use Nespresso, Caffitaly and Lavazza capsules by replacing the capsule holders inside the spare group handle (see separate results).
Bad Points
- Nothing in particular in ground coffee mode; taste test results were poor in capsule mode so we don't recommend the model overall. It is available for purchase in ground coffee mode only (EM7000).
