Good Points
- Easy to use controls with lever on top of unit for hot and cold water. Lever will automatically return to stop position at the end of coffee delivery.
- Easy to wipe over black plastic exterior as there is very little entrapment for dirt to built up.
Bad Points
- Poor result for frothing milk using milk capsules.
- Borderline result for coffee temperature consistency.
- Need to remove spent capsule after each use as there is no waste storage.
- Coffee can splash during delivery.
