Kogan Espresso Coffee Machine KAESSPCOFFA
Good Points
- Measuring spoon provided with tamper on opposite end.
- Filter basket twists and locks into place in group handle.
- Easy to wipe over the mostly black plastic exterior as there is very little entrapment for dirt to build up.
Bad Points
- Controls are symbols, need to refer to manual initially.
- May need to bend down to read controls and insert group handle, as unit is quite low on bench.
- The user has to manually stop the coffee delivery. Unable to walk away from machine during operation.
- The water container is situated on the right side of the unit and needs to be pulled out to fill. Possible that water can spill when removing. Only possible to see water level from one side.
- Unit is light, need to have one hand on machine to stop it from moving on the bench when locking and unlocking the group handle.
- Drip tray with small capacity sits in base of unit and has limited grip for removal.
- Coffee drips out after delivery.
- Drip tray is not adjustable, may not be able to accommodate tall cups
- Kogan was awarded a CHOICE Shonky for substandard customer service in 2019.
