Good Points
- Easy to wipe over black plastic exterior as there is little entrapment for dirt to built up.
Bad Points
- Need to manually stop coffee delivery.
- Reverse end of measuring spoon is used as a tamper and can be difficult for user to apply controlled pressure.
- Can't accommodate larger cups.
- May need to bend down to check positioning to insert group head, as there are no markings and unit sits low on bench.
- Steam wand is short in length and does not extend far enough away from the unit, which makes it difficult to get a good angle for frothing milk.
- No milk jug supplied.
