Good Points
- Illuminated push buttons are located at the top of the unit, and are easy to operate.
- Volumetric controls.
- Adjustable drip tray.
Bad Points
- Steam wand is short in length u0026 does not extend far enough away from the unit, which makes it difficult to get a good angle for frothing milk.
- Reverse end of measuring spoon is used as a tamper u0026 can be difficult for users to apply controlled pressure.
- Need to take care when emptying coffee puck as filter basket and/or perforated filter can come loose.
- No milk jug supplied and a maximum of 60 seconds to deliver steam (Instruction manual).
- Boiler has to be flushed after frothing milk to make coffees again.
- Requires two hands to insert/remove the portafilter, one to hold the unit the other to move the portafilter.
- Can't accommodate larger cups.
- Brushed stainless steel exterior requires extra effort when cleaning, shows fingerprint marks.
