- Shelves slide easily into unit.
- Shelves can fit fairly easily into a domestic sink.
Bad Points
- Large unit takes up a lot of bench space and does not easily fit into a cupboard, would need to have a specific place to store.
- Only OK to wipe out interior, back wall has a metal grate in front of the fan, can be difficult to clean back wall if needed to.
- Shelves are plastic with lots of crevices, only OK to clean as some food particles can get stuck in the crevices.
- Removable viewing window can only view food positioned at the front of each shelf.
- May need to remove the shelf above each tray when dehydrating larger pieces of food such as tomatoes.
