Lenovo's Yoga Slim 7 Carbon is a very light laptop with an attractive screen and overall design. It doesn't have HDMI or SD card slots, but there are USB-C (Thunderbolt) ports, which allow you to add hubs to access those features should they be desired. A nice laptop to consider if you want a high level of portability with solid performance
