It has a low-end Intel Celeron CPU rather than a more powerful Intel Core-based CPU, which means it should only be used for simple document creation, Web-based tasks, and light entertainment (YouTube and Netflix streaming). It offers a Full HD screen and a nice design, which are things that are sometimes missing in budget laptops.
