- Serious safety failures: The straps pose a potential strangulation risk.
- Minor safety failures: 1. The locking latches for the removable seat are too easy to press and are accessible by the child in the stroller, although this is very unlikely to result in an occupied seat being disconnected. 2. The harness did not meet all the requirements for securing the child.
- Very minor safety failure: Warning labels are not properly displayed.
