Tasman Eco Genova
Good Points
- Converts to a toddler bed with one cot side removed.
Bad Points
- Serious safety failure: On the sample we tested, and based on the maximum recommended mattress thickness of 120mm, the depth of the cot is insufficient and could pose a fall risk in the lower position for babies beginning to stand up. However, a mattress 100mm thick would be acceptable. When we alerted the manufacturer they showed us a photo of a cot in their warehouse with the mattress in place, showing the required depth of 500mm. They also sent us a test report from an accredited lab showing compliance. This suggests there may be some variation between samples, so check the depth beforehand.
- Extremely heavy.
- Hard to assemble.
