- Minor safety failure: Some finger entrapment hazards in certain openings, including the unused holes for alternative mattress base positions (no plugs supplied) and at openings bound by the corners between the upper and lower halves of the cot ends and adjacent to the edge of the fixed sides.
- Very minor failures of information requirements.
- Very heavy.
