- Serious failure: The height of the barrier at the sides of the included mattress is less than 100mm. Furthermore the change table failed the roll-off test. The test cylinder went over the side barrier of the change table.
- The table comes with a set of what is believed to be anti-tip screws, but there is no mentioning in the instructions, and how to use them.
