The tether strap is not present, causing a risk of it rolling away while in stroller mode. 4. Sample tipped sideways in our stability test on a hill of around 10° and 11° tilt in forward and rearward facing modes respectively. Very minor failure: Name and address of the supplier, as well as the warning notices, are not properly displayed. Instructions and warnings in Chinese only; pictures were small and hard to follow. Front steering column is secured by a screw and clamp only; need big effort to tighten it in order for steering to work, may loosen over time.
We have given this convertible tricycle stroller zero for performance due to its many serious failures.
Serious failure: No crotch strap is present. Minor failure: The tether strap length is not as short as practical (strangulation risk). Very minor failure: The warning notices are not properly displayed. Poorly-written instructions, pictures were small and did not clearly indicate the correct screws for assembly. The length-adjusting piece on the harness may come off very easily. Brake pedal is small.
In response to our findings, the supplier told us it believes the failures with the sample tested are "an individual case. However we have already enhanced our quality control procedure and urged the manufacturer's attention regarding these issues to prevent any further instances occurring". It has sent us a test report saying the product complies with the standards.

Serious safety failures: 1. The whole harness assembly is attached to the seat padding which is not properly secured to the seat or frame and can be used without the padding. 2. The padding can be completely removed (it's tied onto the seat, but it snapped with just one pull). 2. The tether strap is not present, causing a risk of it rolling away while in stroller mode. Very minor failure: Name and address of the supplier, as well as the warning notices, are not properly displayed. No instructions accompanied with the trike (and were not supplied when we asked). The trike was dirty even though it was bought "new". Parent handle very difficult to install; may damage the handle padding in the process. No washers on rear wheels, they depend on a screw to secure the wheel, making it difficult to determine how tight they should be fastened. No rear brakes. In response to our findings, the seller told us: "We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We don't sell this product anymore."
