- Serious safety failure: On the front seat, the gap between the seat and seat bar is too small, making it possible for a child's head to get trapped.
- Minor safety failures: 1. The frame locking device is too easy to operate making it possible to accidently unlock and partially collapse the stroller. 2. The harness did not meet all the requirements for securing the child. 3. The buckles can be removed from the harness straps. 4. The buckle is too easy to press making it possible for a child to unbuckle themself. 5. The wrist tether strap is not permanently attached.
- Very minor safety failure: Warning labels are not properly displayed.
