- Minor safety failure: The gaps between the bottom rail of the fixed side and the adjacent rail of the mattress base when it is lower position pose a finger entrapment hazard.
- Doesn't have a swing tag. This is a tag on the product in store with information about the supplier and required mattress dimensions.
- Some effort to align the 4 pins on the base to the cot ends.
