Good Points
- Some text and written prompts on digital display – including written text for auto programs.
- Audible feedback when using controls.
- Good selection of pre-programmed settings and auto cook functions.
- Steam cooking function – manual or auto steam.
- Excellent result for cooking fish using steam function.
- Preheat symbol with flashing arrow on digital display as well as current temperature shown next to preheat temp. Audible sound once temperature has been reached.
- Control panel fairly easy to wipe over. Sealed touch controls.
- No turntable – so easy to clean and access the floor area.
- Easy to remove drip tray and water vessel for steam function, accessible from the front of the microwave, below the door.
- The microwave has 4 cleaning programs – drain water, system cleaning, deodorisation and cavity cleaning.
- No exposed grill element.
- Exterior is black and easy to wipe over.
- Air fryer function with 6 auto programmed functions.
Bad Points
- Small labelling on controls, slightly faded and may not be easy to view.
- May need to refer to manual initially to use controls.
- Does not have a quick/booster start button, need to select microwave power and time.
- Start button is not obvious.
- Slightly noisy cooling fan.
- Supplied grill tray does not have stoppers to prevent from being pulled out accidently.
- Air fry function has no manual mode, therefore limited menu.
- Poor result for Air fryer chips.
- Relatively long preheat time when heating to 200°C on convection.
- Glass door can become hot, no hot surface temperature label on the glass door, only the top of the microwave.
- Unable to reach 200°C when preheated. Beeps at 190°C continues to run and stabilises digital display shows temperature out by around 10°C.
