Beefmaster Griddle 4 Burner Flat Top Griddle BBQ G4BEEFG
Good Points
- Very good open access to food when food warmer is removed.
- Collapsible side tables with hooks to hang utensils.
- Labelling is large and graded, with obvious off setting.
- Separate ignition for each burner.
- Small removable drip container with handle is positioned at the front left of BBQ. Easy to access and easy to clean.
- The hotplate covers the burners and the fat is diverted to the drip container, therefore it is less likely to have fat dripping under and on the burners.
- Comprehensive instructions.
- Gas bottle hooks onto the side of the trolley.
- Small side panels and full coverage of hotplate protects burners from drafts.
Bad Points
- Hood is heavy. Strength required when opening and closing.
- Hood and handle can become dangerously hot.
- Low BBQ height may be awkward for some taller people.
- Hotplate only.
- Only OK access to controls, need to bend down to ignite and view.
- Control dials obstruct the grading and there is no labelling for high and low.
- No positive positioning on high.
- Large heavy hotplate is difficult to remove, may need two people to lift.
- Stainless steel control panel can be difficult to clean, fat can splash onto controls.
