Good points

Good Points

  • Comprehensive instructions with quick start guide and good assembly instructions.
  • Some small side panels to protect from drafts. Burner sits low so flame is protected from the elements.
  • Hood can be locked during transportation for safety.
  • Good open access to food.
  • Easily portable as quite compact in size.
  • Controls have grading with written labelling.
  • Cooking plates are fairly easy to fit in a domestic sink for cleaning.
  • Small ledge on trolley that gas bottle can sit on.
  • 7 Year warranty.
Bad points

Bad Points

  • Hood can become dangerously hot.
  • Optional accessories that need to be purchased separately – full size cast iron plate, half aluminium reversible hotplate/griddle, portable stand, folding cart, optional side shelves, carry bag, large cover and small cover.
  • No resistance, hood can swing back. Hood slides under the barbecue when opened.
  • Thermometer in hood may not be accurate.
  • Need to lean over hotplate when opening barbecue hood, can be dangerous.
  • Need to bend down to view controls.
  • Fat tray is positioned underneath the barbecue. Need two hands to twist and screw off. Can be difficult if jammed on.
