  • Large drawer with a removable basket. Basket locks into the drawer for easy removing of drawer and basket. Easy slide cover with a push button to release the basket from the drawer.
  • Digital display with touch screen controls.
  • Wifi Nutri App for recipes and video tutorials online, cooking guide.
  • Unit has a start/stop button and it appears when connected to power.
  • Can adjust time and temperature when cooking is in progress.
  • Extended manual can be downloaded from the Philips website.
  • Home ID app easy to set up and navigate, recipes are easy to follow with pics and step by step instructions. The app will set up the selected recipe in the air fryer so you can follow the progress on the app as well as the digital display.
  • Drawer has a BPA free inner coating.

Bad Points

  • No audible feedback response when selecting functions.
  • No prompts to 'shake or turn' during cooking.
  • Instructions are difficult to comprehend due to key diagrams and other languages.
  • No viewing window.
  • Relatively large unit with a uniform shape only OK to store, takes up bench space. May not fit easily into a kitchen cupboard. Best left out on a bench top. No handles to assist in lifting.
  • No written labelling, symbols only. Need to refer to the manual initially. Most settings are small.
  • Orange display can be difficult to view for some.
  • Drawer is reasonably heavy with a load.
  • Can be difficult to clean around exposed element.
  • The drawer has a large handle with no non-slip grip, the handle is slightly long so the basket does not sit flat on a surface/bench.
  • Large drawer and basket can be difficult to clean in a domestic sink.
  • Stainless steel interior and roof around element can be difficult to clean.
  • Touch control display panel can needs to be free from grease as it may not respond, easy to wipe over.
  • Visible signs of wear of the non-stick coating on the raised surfaces of the cooking basket.
