- Hub not required; direct connection over Wi-Fi
- Can use an anonymous cloud account to control the lights remotely
- Lights will still work over Wi-Fi in the event of an Internet outage
Bad Points
- App does not list lights by name, and only uses icons to identify them on the main screen
- Performance was unreliable as the light went offline regularly and could not be shown again until we restarted the app
