This version of the Dell XPS 13 shuns the touchscreen and is one sleek unit because of it. A weight of 1.2kg and a super-slim bezel around the 13.3in screen make it a highly portable unit that can be carried effortlessly on a day to day basis. The implementation of the slim bezel makes this laptop smaller than the average 13.3in unit, but this also means that its keyboard can feel a little cramped as a result (the keys are not as wide as they are on other 13.3in laptops). The other downside is that the webcam has been placed at the bottom of the screen, which means the viewer on the other end gets a nicer glimpse of your nose hairs. Overall, though, a very solidly built laptop with good speed and an excellent matte screen. Note: This laptop's performance is not directly comparable to current products due to it being tested with an older version of our benchmark.
