Expert tester comments
HP's Pavilion x360 14-cd0008tu is an entry level 2-in-1 laptop. Its processor is an Intel Core i3, rather than a more mainstream Core i5, but it will be fine for all manner of office and school work. Its solid state storage is reasonably quick, and its Wi-Fi put up solid transfer times in our tests. The major let-down is the screen, which is only 1366 x 768 pixels, highly reflective, and difficult to view from the sides u002du002d these are not good traits for tablet usage. That said, it's a heavy unit to use as a tablet (1.6kg). Its convertible screen is useful for putting the laptop into a display mode (with the keyboard behind the screen) when watching videos; you'll still have to sit at a perfect angle to view the video properly. Note: This laptop's performance is not directly comparable to current products due to it being tested with an older version of our benchmark.
