The Acer Aspire 3 A315-41G-R1GR makes use of an AMD Ryzen processor, which isn't as fast as the 8th generation Core i5 and i7 processors we see in many other laptops that pass through our labs, but it's still fine for most everyday consumer applications and multitasking. At 15.6 inches, this laptop is more of a desk hog than a lap dog, but still relatively light. It's decent overall, but it needs a better screen that can make it more comfortable to use. With a 1366 x 768 resolution, a glossy finish, and narrow viewing angles, it's not the easiest laptop to look at. Note: This laptop's performance is not directly comparable to current products due to it being tested with an older version of our benchmark.
