Acer's Aspire Vero has a chassis that is made out of recycled plastics. This adds texture and a slightly speckled finish, which both give this laptop some character. The screen is very good, the touchpad is large, and the specs are fine. You can use this laptop comfortably for office work and online communications. The only drawbacks are the lack of an SD card slot, and a USB-C port that is not Thunderbolt.
