Good Points
- Very good cooking zone selection and positioning.
- 2 flexi zones – Left flexi zone can accommodate up to 4 very small pots as well as a single cooking zone or divided into 2 or 3 independent cooking zones or as a single zone to accommodate a rectangular/oval cooking pan.
- Four separate controls for each cooking zone.
- No edge. Touch controls easy to wipe over and clean.
Bad Points
- Controls can be confusing when dividing the cooking zones or using as a flexi zone.
- Power levels are numbers 0 – 9. Need to touch or slide finger along graded power selector. Only OK for large fingers. No number settings 1 – 9 are labelled.
- Pan slides easily on glass surface when stirring, need to keep pan within the cooking zone.
- Noticeably noisy cooling fan turns on when cooking zone is used and turns off approximately 1 minute after cooktop is turned off.
- Controls must be kept free of grease and moisture otherwise they will not respond to touch.
- Does not allow flexi zone to heat on boost.
- Accommodates only 4 of 5 cooking zones at the same time.
- Flexi zone may not have even heat distribution.
