Good Points
- Integrated milk frother.
- User can choose the density of the milk froth being dispensed.
- Easy to wipe over the black plastic exterior as there is very little entrapment for dirt to build up.
Bad Points
- Controls are symbols, need to refer to manual initially.
- Noticeable amount of water can drip into capsule bin as well as tray under capsule bin. This can also run into the base of the unit.
- Coffee drips out after delivery.
- Unable to froth milk separately, need to make coffee as well, using cappuccino or latte function.
