Good Points
- Illuminated push buttons are located at the top of the unit, and are easy to operate.
- 3 adjustable froth and milk temperature settings.
- Automatic milk frothing feature u0026 automatic purge of the steam wand after use.
- Supplied milk jug, tamper and the razor (razor wasn't used during testing).
- PID temperature and volumetric controls.
Bad Points
- Portafilter is very hard to insert/remove and requires two hands, one to hold the unit and the other to move the portafilter.
- Noticeable vibrations, causing smaller cups to move away from the spout and coffee to flow into the drip tray.
- Steam wand has restricted movement, either up or down.
- Can't accommodate larger cups.
- Brushed stainless steel exterior requires extra effort when cleaning, shows fingerprint marks.
