- Best overall brand for reliability.
- Very good for ease of use.
- Easy to wipe over plastic outside surface of the machine as there is very little entrapment for dirt to build up.
Bad Points
- Borderline result overall.
- Poor result for the taste test.
- Borderline result for frothing milk using milk frother, purchased separately.
- Water level is not particularly easy to see from the sides and the back.
- Drip tray capacity is fairly small.
- Coffee can splash during the coffee delivery as the drip tray height is not adjustable.
