- Did not evenly cut zucchini thicknesses or lengths
- Restricted length of food, no longer than 14cm.
- Limited range of blade thicknesses.
- Firm pressure required when securing the food onto the skewer and when pressing the blade into the food.
- Cracks and crevices around blade difficult to clean.
- Wastage of core and approx 1cm of fruit/veg not sliced.
