- Food can get caught behind blade when spiralizing therefore causing spirals to break due to build up.
- Firm pressure required to push lower handle towards blade. Need to maintain constant pressure to encourage even spiral.
- Dangerous to remove core and unsliced food from around blade.
- Cracks and crevices around blade difficult to clean.
- Wastage of core and approx 1cm of fruit/veg not sliced.
