Good Points
- Excellent for low temperature cooking.
- Excellent for turn down performance.
- Excellent for high temperature cooking.
- Layout positioning is very good, wok and simmer burner are positioned at the front.
- Clear grading line on controls from high to low.
- Trivets have a fairly smooth cast iron finish making them easier to clean.
- Burner surround is moulded and fairly easy to clean.
- All burners have a raised edge so liquid spills are less likely to run into workings.
Bad Points
- Only OK for ease of use.
- Need to stir melting chocolate constantly, can catch very quickly.
- Only 3 out of 4 pots fit comfortably, there is restricted access to some burners.
- Controls are positioned at the front of the cook top making them accessible to children.
- Only OK for pan stability on large and small burner.
- Not easy to slide the pans across the trivets.
- No spill catchment.
- Stainless steel surface requires extra attention when cleaning, can smudge and scratch.
- Cast iron trivets are fairly heavy.
- Controls feel flimsy and uncomfortable to use – spring loading requires some pressure to turn and ignite.
- Labelling is printed and may scratch off or fade after prolonged cleaning.
