Bad Points
- Only OK for ease of use.
- Only OK result for dehydrating fruit leather and semi-dried tomatoes.
- Poor for dehydrating apple.
- Relatively long dehydrating times.
- Large unit only OK to store, uniform shape.
- Light weight unit no rubber feet to keep it stable on the bench (unit moves when pressing the controls).
- May not accommodate larger pieces of food, shelves may not be positioned correctly if the food obstructs the shelf above.
- Need to go through all the time hour by hour to program less than 10 hours. Can hold down to speed through the hours.
- Small digital display with press button controls, no start button, need to bend down to access.
- Can be fiddly stacking the shelves to fit comfortably.
- No solid mat for leathers or crackers.
- Shelves are large plastic with lots of crevices only OK to clean. Some food particles can dry on and are difficult to remove.
- Shelves are difficult to fit into a domestic sink and dishwasher.
- Basic instructions with some guidelines, no accurate temperatures or times, only a time frame.
