CHOICE led a joint consumer submission alongside Consumer Action Law Centre, Financial Counselling Australia, Financial Rights Legal Centre and Super Consumers Australia calling on the government to introduce a Financial Accountability Regime that will hold finance executives to account. We’re calling for a number of improvements to the proposal including adding fairness obligations for executives and entities.
